The house has a living space of more then 250 m2 with a large kitchen and a separate living.

Casa Sulie has four spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Swimming pool

Of course Casa Sulie has a nice “infinity” swimming pool. You can reach the Mediterranean within an hour without much traffic.

Acces to internet

The holiday home has the internet. Music and movies can be streamed unlimited.


 

Terraces

The house has several terraces, including a partly covered terrace with fantastic views of the valley and the village of Cartosio.

Culture

Casa Sulie is located between Milan, Genoa and Turin. Here there are, besides famous shops, museums and palaces are of historical importance.

Activities

There is a trampoline of 3.60 m. You can make long walks also starting from the house. There are several golf courses e.g. Villa Carolina (a 45 minutes drive). Or rent a (e-) bike and explore the surroundings.



Gastronomy

The cuisine of Piemonte and the wines from this region are famous. Just think of Slow food, Barolo, Barbaresco and Barbera.

On arrival we were pleasantly surprised: the house is actually more beautiful than the pictures suggest. The environment is beautiful. The pool is lovely.
